At BM2 Industri, we have always focused on quality, collaboration, and long-term solutions. Since our first ESG report, we have worked purposefully to develop and strengthen our efforts, and we have now documented our work through ESG reports for 2023, 2024, and 2025. This marks a continued development towards a more systematic and data-driven approach to sustainability, where we continuously improve our efforts within environmental, social, and governance areas.

​Klima og miljø (E)

We are committed to reducing our climate footprint and can now document our efforts over a three-year period. This provides us with a stronger data foundation and better insight into where we can make the greatest impact.

We have implemented a number of concrete initiatives, including the transition to LED lighting, replacement of oil heating with district heating, reuse of surplus heat in production, investment in more energy-efficient machinery, and installation of solar panels for on-site energy production. At the same time, we continuously work to improve the quality of our data, providing a more accurate picture of our total CO₂ footprint and strengthening our decision-making going forward.

​Sociale forhold (S)

Our employees are at the core of BM2 Industri. We have a strong sense of community and a culture characterised by openness, collaboration, and well-being. We operate in an environment with large machines and heavy materials, where safety is crucial. Therefore, we are proud to report zero workplace accidents in 2023, 2024, and 2025.

We have also achieved a very low sick leave rate of 0.04% in 2025, reflecting a healthy work environment and high employee well-being. We continuously invest in well-being, safety, and skills development, and actively work to maintain a strong team with high quality and engagement.

​Ledelsesforhold (G)

Good leadership is a key part of the foundation at BM2 Industri. Our leadership approach is based on trust, openness, and collaboration. We have a flat organisational structure with a short path from idea to action, where employees are actively involved in decision-making processes. We promote a “freedom with responsibility” mindset, which fosters both engagement and ownership. We prioritise flexibility and a healthy work-life balance, as we see well-being as a prerequisite for a strong and sustainable business. We also focus on diversity, including at board level, where the gender distribution is 75% men and 25% women, with a 100% board meeting attendance rate.
